Hi, thank you for visiting my website, I hope it provides good insight on different methods to quit smoking cigarettes. I started smoking when I was about 18 years old, it just started when I was out for a few drinks and then turned into an every day habit. At age 30, after years of trying, I am proud to say I have successfully given up cigarettes for over a year now with no slip ups at all.
My success has lead many people to ask me how to quit smoking cigarettes which is why I decided to create a page to help others who are in the same situation I was. Hopefully it will help to hear a successful story from someone who was once in your position.

Today, over a year after I have quit smoking I live a much happier and healthier life style. I play ice hockey without being exhausted, I haven’t been sick once since I gave up smoking. When I wake up in the morning I don’t have any mucus or sore throat to deal with. Best of all I don’t have the worry about getting cancer from smoking when I am older, I am happy to look at my children and know I will be there to watch them grow up.
Giving up smoking cigarettes has given me my life back, I am no longer a slave to smoke breaks, I don’t have to go out in the freezing cold on winter days just to have a smoke, I don’t have to listen to my doctors speech about why I should quit smoking every year, and I just don’t have to worry about quitting cigarettes anymore.
I only hope I can share this feeling with others.
